FCC Commissioner Robert M. McDowell is seeking part-time and full-time law clerks for his Washington, DC office Law Clerks will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of communications and technology issues, including:
* Television, radio, and cable issues;
* Wireline communications regulation;
* Wireless and satellite law;
* International and homeland security topics.
Clerks will assist the Commissioner, his three legal advisors and his Deputy Chief of Staff in a fast-paced environment. They will interact with industry counsel, consumer groups, congressional staff, and agency personnel on a variety of issues.

| Strong academic record, an interest in communications law (though experience is not required), and a commitment to public service. |
