David Goldman
David Goldman | Senior Legal Advisor

David Goldman has primary responsibility for wireless, international and public safety issues. He joined Commissioner Rosenworcel’s office from the United States Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, where he served on detail as Counsel to the Subcommittee on Communications, Technology, and the Internet. Prior to serving on Capitol Hill, he served at the Commission as Policy Advisor to the Chief of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau. He joined the agency as an Honors Attorney, serving as Attorney Advisor in the Spectrum Competition and Policy Division of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau. Before this, he served as Staff Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Chicago. He also worked as an associate at the law firm Hughes Hubbard & Reed in New York. He received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.

Alex Hoehn-Saric | Policy Director

Alex Hoehn-Saric has primary responsibility for media and technology issues. He joined Commissioner Rosenworcel's office from the United States Department of Commerce, where he served as Deputy General Counsel for Strategic Initiatives. Prior to joining the Department of Commerce, Mr. Hoehn-Saric served as Senior Counsel for the Competitiveness, Innovation, and Export Subcommittee and Consumer Protection, Product Safety, and Insurance Subcommittee of the United States Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation. Before joining the Committee, he served as counsel for Senator Barbara Boxer. Prior to working on Capitol Hill, he worked in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and the New York office of Sullivan & Cromwell. Mr. Hoehn-Saric also clerked for the Honorable Benson Everett Legg of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago and the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law.

Priscilla Delgado Argeris | Legal Advisor

Priscilla Delgado Argeris has primary responsibility for wireline, broadband, universal service, and consumer issues. She joined Commissioner Rosenworcel's office from the law firm Wiley Rein, where she focused regulatory and litigation matters involving federal and state communications law. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Hispanic National Bar Association, and Federal Communications Bar Association. Prior to law school, Ms. Argeris worked as a legal assistant at PG&E National Energy Group. Ms. Argeris received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University. She received her law degree from New York University School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics.

Valery Galasso joined Commissioner Rosenworcel’s office from the Office of the Vice President, Joseph R. Biden, Jr., where she served as Special Assistant for Legislative Affairs. In this role, she managed day-to-day operations in the Vice President’s Senate office. She also served as a liaison to congressional offices, with responsibility for researching legislative issues, processing Member requests and monitoring House and Senate floor activity. Ms. Galasso previously served as a Graduate Fellow at the Office of Congressional Affairs at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration at the U.S. Department of Commerce. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Arts in Public Policy with a concentration in Science and Technology Policy from Johns Hopkins University.

Marquita Boozer | Staff Assistant

Marquita Boozer is the Staff Assistant for Commissioner Rosenworcel's office. Along with other duties, Marquita handles meeting requests and travel arrangements for the legal advisors, and greets visitors to the office. Marquita started her career at the Commission in the Office of Media Relations in 2001. Before joining Commissioner Rosenworcel's staff, she worked in the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau.
