ERRATUM

	Adopted:  October 27, 2000	Released:  October 27, 2000

By the Deputy Chief, Cable Services Bureau:

	This Erratum corrects an error in the Order (DA 00-2434) in this proceeding released on 
October 27, 2000.  This error will be corrected prior to the publication of the Order in the FCC Record.  
The second sentence of Paragraph 1 is replaced with the following:

	"For the reasons set forth below, we are modifying the Protective Order to provide that in-house 
counsel will not be permitted access to Stamped Confidential Documents2 that are made available on or 
after the date of this Order nor to Confidential Information derived from those documents." 

	This Order is issued pursuant to sections 4(i) and (j) of the Communications Act of 1934, as 
amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i) and (j), and authority delegated under section 0.321 of the Commission's 
rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.321.
