The FCC has adopted rules for broadband over power lines to increase competition and promote broadband service to all Americans. The files provided here are in response to a “Freedom of Information” request seeking documents on which the Federal Communications Commission has relied, in whole or in part, in the Report and Order, ET Docket No. 04-37, released October 28, 2004.
