The FCC has adopted rules for broadband over power lines to increase competition and promote broadband service to all Americans. The files provided here are in response to a “Freedom of Information” (FOIA) request seeking documents on which the Federal Communications Commission has relied, in whole or in part, in the Report and Order, ET Docket No. 04-37, released October 28, 2004.

In addition, some of the documents referenced in the proceeding are not available using the Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS) system, therefore we are providing an electronic version of the files/documents provided below.
