CHAIRMAN MARTIN TO PRESENT KEYNOTE SPEECH AT THE REG-MARKETS

CENTER OF THE AMERICAN ENTERPRISE INSTITUTE

Speech to address "Balancing Deregulation and Consumer Protection"
Washington, DC FCC Chairman Kevin J. Martin today announced he will be the keynote
speaker at the Reg-Markets Center event on Thursday, January 8, 2009, in the Wohlstetter
Conference Center at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C. beginning at 10:30
a.m. The address will focus on Chairman Martin's views on balancing deregulation and
consumer protection.
