NOTICE OF EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDED EX PARTE, PROCEDURAL AND
ORGANIZATIONAL RULES

On February 1, 2011, the Commission adopted the
Report and Order and Further Notice of
Proposed Rulemaking in GC Docket No. 10-43, which amended certain of the Commission's
ex parte and
procedural rules.1 On February 2, 2011, the Commission adopted the
Report and Order in GC
Docket No. 10-44, which amended certain of the Commission's Part 1 rules of practice and procedure and
Part 0 rules of organization.2
All the rule changes adopted in these two proceedings will become effective
on June 1, 2011.3
