ANNOUNCEMENT OF CHANGE OF TIME AND MEETING ROOM FOR MEETING OF

MOBILE BROADBAND SERVICES TESTING AND MEASUREMENT PROGRAM

By the September 4, 2012 Public Notice DA 12-1442, the Federal Communications Commission
(“Commission”) announced plans to hold an open meeting on Friday, September 21, 2012 to discuss the
expansion of the Measuring Broadband America program to include measurements of mobile broadband
service performance in the United States. By this Public Notice, the Commission announces the meeting
location and time have been changed.
The meeting will take place on September 21, 2012, from 09:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., in the Commission
Meeting Room at the Commission’s headquarters building, 445 12th Street, S.W., Washington, DC 20554.
The meeting is open to the public and will be broadcast live with open captioning over the Internet from
the FCC Live web page at www.fcc.gov/live/ [5]. The site is fully accessible to people using wheelchairs or
other mobility aids. Other reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities are available upon
request. The request should include a detailed description of the accommodation needed and contact
information. Please provide as much advance notice as possible; last minute requests will be accepted,
