REVISION TO FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUEST

FOR

CABLE TELEVISION PRICE SURVEY DATA

The Media Bureau has received the attached revision to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
request for certain cable price survey data appended to Public Notice DA 12-1855, which was released on
November 16, 2012. This revision modifies the request for some of the survey data for the years 2010,
2011 and 2012.
The period for cable television system operators to respond to the revised FOIA request is
extended to December 3, 2012. The response should be sent by e-mail to Sima Chowdhury
(sima.chowdhury@fcc.gov [5]) in the Office of Communications and Industry Information, with a copy to
Michael Perko (michael.perko@fcc.gov [6]). A copy also must be provided to the FOIA requester
(yurukoglu_ali@gsb.stanford.edu [7]). The FOIA requester will have ten calendar days from the date of a
response to file a reply with the Commission.
