WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUREAU ANNOUNCES IT IS PREPARED TO
GRANT LOWER 700 MHZ BAND LICENSES UPON FULL AND TIMELY PAYMENT

On September 18, 2002, the Federal Communications Commission completed the auction of 740
licenses in the lower 700 MHz C and D blocks.1 The application included on this public notice was listed
as accepted for filing on a public notice released in 2010.2
By this Public Notice, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau announces that it is prepared to
grant the application for the licenses listed in Attachment A to this Public Notice, upon the full and timely
payment of the remaining balance of each applicant’s winning bid(s). Such payment must be received by
the Commission within ten (10) business days after the date of this Public Notice (
i.e., by
January 31,
2013
).

of its winning bid in a lump sum by
January 31, 2013
, it may pay the remaining balance within ten (10)
business days after the payment deadline (
i.e., by

), provided that it also pays a late fee
equal to five percent of the amount due.

A winning bidder listed in Attachment A that fails to pay the balance of its winning bid(s) by the
late payment deadline of

, will be in default and subject to applicable default
payments.

Payment Instructions
All payments must be made in U.S. currency in the form of a wire transfer.

§ 1.2107(b). No personal checks, cashier’s checks or other forms of payment will be accepted.
Down payments and final payments must be preceded by an accurate and complete
FCC Remittance Advice Form (FCC Form 159). At least one hour before placing the order for the wire
transfer (but on the same business day), the winning bidder must fax the completed FCC Form 159 to
