a period of 180 days, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain the EchoStar 3 Direct Broadcast
Satellite space station as an in-orbit spare at the 61.8º W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 12.201 GHz, 12.203 GHz, and
12.699 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 17.3015 GHz (Earth-to-space).

On January 29, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to SES Americom, Inc., for a period of 60 days,
to repoint the spot beams of the AMC-16 space station at the 85° W.L. orbital location in the 18.6-18.8 GHz (space-to-Earth), 19.7-20.2 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 28.4-28.6 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 29.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Specifically, SES Americom is
authorized to repoint the Ka-band spot beams on the AMC-16 space station such that each of the spot beams covers a slightly different area than
previously authorized, although the beams in aggregate still provide coverage of the continental United States.

to continue to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via the Intelsat 701 space station at the 157.0º E.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz
(space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-11.95 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat is also authorized to continue to
conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 701 at the 157.0º E.L. orbital location using the following
center frequencies: 3947.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3948.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3952.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth),
6173.7 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space).

to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 5 space station from the 169.0° E.L. orbital
location to the 65.45° E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 14.498 GHz and 13.999 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 11.451
GHz, 11.452 GHz, and 11.454 GHz (space-to-Earth).
