Network Outage Reporting System (NORS)
Information on service disruptions is essential to the reliability and security of the telecommunications infrastructure. NORS is the Public Safety & Homeland Security Bureau's web-based filing system for reports of telecommunication service disruptions (pursuant to Part 4 of the FCC’s rules).
NORS facilitates the filing of required:
