Quality of Service Report of the Local Operating Companies (2006-2007)

This report summarizes the Automated Reporting Management Information System (ARMIS) service quality data filed by the regional Bell companies, Embarq and other price-cap regulated incumbent local exchange carriers for calendar year 2007.  The data track the quality of service
provided to both retail customers (business and residential) and access customers (interexchange carriers).
