Application of Arch Wireless, Inc. and Nextel Communications, Inc. for Consent to Transfer Control Pursuant to Section 310 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended.
AWI Spectrum Co., LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arch Wireless, Inc., ("Arch") and ACI 900, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nextel Communications, Inc., ("Nextel") have filed an application under Section 310(d) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, seeking Commission approval to assign 149 licenses in the 900 MHz Specialized Mobile Radio ("SMR") service and 1 800 MHz SMR license held by Arch to Nextel.
