Frontier and AT&T, WC Docket 14-22

Frontier Communications Corporation and AT&T filed a series of applications pursuant to sections 214 and 310(d) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, seeking approval for various assignments and the transfer of control of licenses and authorizations held by AT&T's wholly-owned subsidiaries, The Southern New England Telephone Company and SNET America, Inc., to Frontier.
