jurisdiction Idaho (COID) to GTE Northwest, Inc. on 2/28/93. During 1993, study
area jurisdictions COWZ and COUT were sold to Citizens Telecom. The study area
jurisdiction CONM remained under COWW.

1994

when it sold some of its Contel study area jurisdictions and fell below the
revenue threshold. Contel of the West, Inc. d/b/a GTE West sold study area
jurisdictions Arizona West (COWZ) and Utah (COUT) to Citizens Telecom on
12/31/93. This left Contel study area jurisdiction New Mexico (CONM).
