1990 - 1997
Crandon Telephone Company, part of Rhinelander Telecommunications, Inc., was an
operating company independent of Citizens Utility Company. Its revenues were
below threshold, and it was not required to file ARMIS reports.
1998
In November 1998, Citizens acquired in its entirety Rhinelander Telecommunications,
Inc., including Crandon Telephone Company with one study area jurisdiction: Wisconsin.
