purchased a number of exchanges from Verizon Communications in Illinois on 11/30/2000. The exchanges that were purchased created a new operating
company/study area (CTIL). Note: Reporting year 2002 will be the first year
that data will be filed for Citizens Telecommunications Company of Illinois.
