Citizens Utilities Company acquired study area jurisdiction Tennessee (GTTN)
from GTE South, Inc. on 12/31/93. Citizens created an
operating company, Citizens Telecommunications Company of Tennessee, with one
study area jurisdiction: Tennessee.
