1990 - 1996



On 11/30/1994, Citizens Utilities Corporation acquired a small portion of GTE's Contel/Arizona (COAZ) study area jurisdiction. After two years of operation by the Arizona Telephone Division of the Citizens holding company, this property became Citizens Telecommunications Company of the White Mountains.

1997 - 1999



Citizens Telecommunications Company of the White Mountains became a new operating company and study area jurisdiction on 12/31/1996.
