1990 - 1999



United Telephone - Southeast, Inc. continues as an operating company under the Sprint holding company with study area jurisdictions Tennessee (UTTN) and Virginia (UTVA). United Telephone - Southeast, Inc. had no changes since 1990. During 1990 through 1997, Sprint did not file the ARMIS Joint Cost (43-03) Report at the study area jurisdiction level as required by our rules, for these COSAs. Sprint filed the ARMIS 43-03 Report at the operating company level. Sprint's filing by study area of this report was required starting with 1998 data. However, the company was granted a limited waiver (DA 98-2609), and began reporting at the study area level for 1999 data.
