United Telephone Company of Indiana continues as an operating company under the Sprint holding company with one study area jurisdiction: Indiana. United Telephone of Indiana had no changes since 1990.

2006

In 2006, following a 2004 merger between Sprint and Nextel, the Sprint local telephone companies were spun off to become Embarq Local Operating Companies, though the company's name remained the same.

2007 - 2009

The company had no changes during this period.
