Industry Analysis and Technology Division
The Industry Analysis and Technology
Division conducts economic, financial, and statistical analyses of the common carrier telecommunications industry. These analyses
are used by industry, the financial investment community, and by federal and state regulators for a variety of purposes. The Division
maintains the Wireline Competition Bureau Statisitical Reports website that allows access to our analyses and data on the
telecommunications industry. The responsibility for the collection of Automated Reporting Management Information Systems (ARMIS) data,
and the Part 68 regulatory requirements, other than those specifically related to hearing aid compatibility issues, also belong to the
division.
