10/27/2003
10th Circuit Remand Order:  Modifies the high-cost universal service support mechanism for non-rural carriers in response to a decision  by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.

Joint Board Referral Order:  Asks the Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service to review the Commission’s rules relating to the high-cost universal service support mechanisms for rural carriers and to determine the appropriate rural mechanism to succeed the five-year plan adopted in the Rural Task Force Order.
