Brelsford, ) Petitioner, ) ) vs ) CSR 4581-L ) TCI Cablevision of Oregon, Inc.,) Respondent ) MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER Adopted: February 6, 1997 Released: February 12, 1997 By the Chief, Cable Services Bureau: 1. James D. Brelsford ("Brelsford") filed a petition for relief pursuant to 47 C.F.R. 76.975 alleging that TCI Cablevision of Oregon, Inc. (herein "TCI of Oregon") had failed to provide him with time and rates for leased access channels on its cable system in Medford, Oregon. TCI of Oregon filed a response to the petition, showing that a schedule of leased access rates for certain specified times were provided to Brelsford by letter dated September 14, 1995. It therefore appears that Brelsford's petition has been satisfied. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to authority delegated by Section 0.321 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. 0.321, that the petition for relief of James D.
