("Classic Sports") and Cablevision Systems Corporation ("Cablevision") have each served the Bureau with their respective elections to forego Alternative Dispute Resolution and to proceed to a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge on the factual disputes raised in the pleadings and supporting documentation associated with Classic Sports' 47 U.S.C.  616 and 47 C.F.R.  76.1302 Program Carriage Complaint against Cablevision. 2.In accord with the Memorandum Opinion and Hearing Designation Order, the Bureau will refer this matter to Judge Joseph Stirmer, Chief Administrative Law Judge, for assignment to an Administrative Law Judge. Separate trial staff, designated by the Chief, Cable Services Bureau, will represent the Bureau at all stages of the hearing process. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to  616 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  536, and 47 C.F.R.  76.1300-76.1302, Classic Sports Network Inc.'s  616 complaint against Cablevision Systems Corporation, as set forth in the Memorandum Opinion and Hearing Designation Order, is hereby DESIGNATED FOR HEARING at a date and place to be specified in a subsequent order by an Administrative Law Judge. 4.
