One Media Crossways Woodbury, NY 11797-2013 Dear Ms. Mahony: This letter responds to your request for a waiver of the 30-day notice requirement for changes in programming services pursuant to 47 C.F.R. 76.964 and 47 C.F.R. 76.309(c)(3)(i)(B). You have indicated your intent to introduce 16 new channels at no additional cost to subscribers. In support of your request, you state that your plan substantially enhances services with no diminution of service for any category of customer. You request a waiver in order to make this enhanced service available without delay. You have shown good cause to support a finding that waiver of the notice requirement is in the public interest. Therefore, in accordance with 47 C.F.R. .0321 and 47 C.F.R. 1.3, a waiver of 47 C.F.R. 76.964 and 47 C.F.R. 76.309(c)(3)(i)(B) is hereby granted pursuant to your request.
