Dear Mr. Davidson:

     This responds to your letter of October 27, 1997 to Meredith J. Jones, Chief, Cable
Services Bureau, requesting a waiver of the 30-day notice requirement for changes in
programming services pursuant to 47 C.F.R.  76.964 and 47 C.F.R.  76.309(c)(3)(i)(B),
to add broadcast television station WDZL back to the channel line-up of Adelphia's Boca
Teeca, Florida system.  Based on the facts and representations contained in your letter,
which is attached hereto rather than recited or summarized, we find there is good cause to
grant the waiver of the notice requirement you request.  It should be noted that any different
facts and representations could require different conclusions.

     Accordingly, pursuant to 47 C.F.R.  .0321 and 47 C.F.R.  1.3, a waiver of 47
C.F.R.  76.964 and 47 C.F.R.  76.309(c)(3)(i)(B) is hereby granted pursuant to your
request.
