On September 30, 1997, Fanch Cablevision of Colorado, L.P., and Joshua Cablevision, Inc., ("Complainants") and Public Service Company of Colorado ("PSCo") filed a Joint Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice the above-referenced pole attachment complaint. In the Joint Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice, the parties state that they have reached a full and complete settlement of all pole attachment claims asserted by Complainants against PSCo under Section 224 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended. 2.
