                            ORDER

By the Chief, Cable Services Bureau:

     1.   On September 30, 1997, Fanch Cablevision of Colorado, L.P., and Joshua Cablevision, Inc., 
("Complainants")  and Public Service Company of Colorado  ("PSCo")  filed a Joint Motion to Dismiss with
Prejudice the above-referenced pole attachment complaint.  In the Joint Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice,
the parties state that they have reached a full and complete settlement of all pole attachment claims asserted
by Complainants against PSCo under Section 224 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended. 

     2.   Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, that the Joint Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice the
complaint filed by Fanch Cablevision of Colorado, L.P., and Joshua Cablevision, Inc., against Public Service
Company of Colorado Company IS GRANTED.

     3.   IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, pursuant to Sections 0.101 and 0.321 of the Commission's
Rules, 47 CFR  0.101 and 0.321, the complaint filed by Fanch Cablevision of Colorado, L.P., and Joshua
Cablevision, Inc., against Public Service Company of Colorado Company IS DISMISSED.
