We here reconsider on our own motion, pursuant to Section 1.108 of the Commission's rules, our decision in Comcast Cablevision of West Palm Beach, Inc. concerning the rates of the above-captioned operator ("Operator") for its cable programming services tier ("CPST") in the community referenced above. Specifically, we make a correction to the review of the FCC Form 1210 covering the period January 1, 1995 to September 30, 1995. 2. In the FCC Form 1210 referenced above, we adjusted Operator's inflation factor, at Line I5 and Line J5, from 1.000 to 1.0296. This adjustment corrects Operator's maximum permitted rate ("MPR"), effective October 1, 1995, to $14.80. Therefore, we find that Operator's actual CPST rate of $14.78, effective November 1, 1995, is reasonable. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Section 1.108, 47 C.F.R. Section 1.108, that Comcast Cablevision of West Palm Beach, DA 98-399, IS VACATED to the extent indicated herein and AFFIRMED in all other respects. 4. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, pursuant to Section 0.32l of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. Section 0.321 that Operator's CPST rate of $14.78, effective November 1, 1995, in the community set forth above, IS REASONABLE. FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION John E. Logan Acting Chief, Cable Services Bureau
