In this Order we consider the refund plan filed by the above-captioned operator ("Operator") in the above-captioned communities pursuant to our order In the Matter of Samson Cablevision Corporation ("Refund Order"). Our review of Operator's refund plan reveals that the refund plan does not completely fulfill the requirements of the Refund Order. 2. In its refund plan, Operator incorrectly calculated the cumulative total refund and interest due for each of the three communities referenced above. For CUID NY0237 the correct total is $26,732.85. For CUID NY0242 the correct total is $29,643.11. For CUID NY0239 the correct total is $55,429.34. We order Operator to implement its refund plan using these amounts. Provided Operator adopts these amounts for the communities referenced above, we find its refund plan acceptable. 3.
