By the Deputy Chief, Network Services Division, Common Carrier Bureau:

     1.  The above-captioned applications, filed by common carriers or their affiliates, all
request authority from the Commission under Section 214 of the Communications Act of
1934 to acquire, construct, extend, or operate facilities for the provision of video
programming or channel services.  These applicants have all filed requests to withdraw their
applications.  Pursuant to Section 1.748(a) of the Commission's rules, we hereby grant the
applicants' requests and dismiss their applications without prejudice.
