On February 12, 1993, International Telecharge, Inc., d/b/a Oncor Communications, Inc. ("Oncor"), filed the above-captioned formal complaints against Ameritech Corporation ("Ameritech"), Bell Atlantic Corporation ("Bell Atlantic"), NYNEX Corporation ("NYNEX"), Southwestern Bell Corporation ("Southwestern Bell"), and US West, Inc. ("US West"), alleging violations of Sections 201(b), 202(a), and 203 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  201(b), 202(a), 203, as well as the Commission's rules governing presubscription and presubscription order confirmation. The above-captioned formal complaint against GTE Corporation ("GTE") was filed on February 23, 1997, reiterating the aforementioned allegations. 2. On October 23, 1997, Oncor filed a motion requesting the Commission to dismiss the above-captioned complaints with prejudice. In support of this motion, Oncor reports that Ameritech, Bell Atlantic, NYNEX, Southwestern Bell, US West, and GTE do not oppose this request. 3. We are satisfied that granting Oncor's motion to dismiss the above-captioned complaints will serve the public interest by eliminating the need for any further litigation and the expenditure of further time and resources by the parties and the Commission. 4. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Sections 1, 4(i), 4(j), and 208 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  151, 154(i), 154(j), 208, and authority delegated in Sections 0.91 and 0.291 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.91, 0.291, that Oncor's October 23, 1997 motion to dismiss the above-captioned complaints IS GRANTED. 5.
