On August 28, 1997, the Common Carrier Bureau issued a Memorandum Opinion and Order denying two formal complaints filed by Patients Plus, Inc. ("PPI"). In its complaints, PPI alleged that the defendants improperly withheld from PPI assignment of the vanity toll-free telephone number, "1-800-JUSTICE," in violation of Sections 201(a), 201(b), and 202(a) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (the "Act"). 2. The Bureau's order was inadvertently posted on the Internet and released as DA 97-1834. The correct DA number is: DA 97-1831.
