By the Deputy Chief, Network Services Division:

     On March 31, 1998, The Federal Communications Commission released the Fourth
Report and Order and Memorandum Opinion and Order, FCC 98-48 in CC Docket 95-155
("Fourth Report and Order").  In paragraph 20 on page 10 and 11 of the Fourth Report and
Order, 14 words were inadvertently omitted.  The sentence should read as follows:

     The 1996 Act empowers the Commission to ensure that the public has equitable access to
telephone numbers.
