THE NORTH AMERICAN NUMBERING COUNCIL'S WORKING GROUPS TO
HOLD MEETINGS DECEMBER 3-5

 On Tuesday, December 3, 1996, the North American Numbering Plan Administration
Selection Working Group will hold a meeting at ANA Hotel, 2401 M Street, N.W.,
Washington, D.C., from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.  For further information, please
contact John Manning of ATIS at (202) 434-8842.  The NANP Transition Task Force will
meet December 4, 1996 and the CO Code Administration Task Force will meet December 5,
1996, both from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST at the ANA Hotel.

 In addition, on Tuesday, December 3, 1996, the Local Number Portability
Administration Working Group will hold a meeting at the Crystal City Courtyard by Marriot,
2899 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Virginia, from 8 a.m. to 12 noon EST.  For
