                  UPDATED ELECTRONIC FILE FOR
            APPLICATION BY SBC COMMUNICATIONS, INC.
           FOR AUTHORIZATION UNDER SECTION 271 OF THE
            COMMUNICATIONS ACT TO PROVIDE IN-REGION,
           INTERLATA SERVICE IN THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA
                      (CC DOCKET NO. 97-121)


On April 11, 1997, SBC Communications, Inc. (SBC) filed an application for authorization to
provide in-region interLATA service in the State of Oklahoma.  As part of its application, SBC
inadvertently submitted an electronic file version of an affidavit for Richard K. Keener which was
incomplete.  The electronic file was posted to the FCC's Internet site along with other portions of
the SBC application.  A complete version of that electronic file has now been substituted for the
incomplete version on the FCC Internet site.  (To view the substituted, complete file, you must
download all of the affidavit files for the application from the Internet site and then open the file
named "KEENER2.DOC".)  This substitution does not affect the paper version of the Keener
affidavit, which was complete when filed on April 11.
