The FNPRM seeks comment on proposed modifications to the Commission's rules in order to implement Section 258 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended by the Telecommunications Act of 1996. Interested parties must file comments on or before September 15, 1997, and reply comments by September 30, 1997. To file formally in this proceeding, you must file an original and four copies of all comments, reply comments, and supporting comments. If you want each Commissioner to receive a personal copy of your comments, you must file an original and eleven copies.
