                                                                                 ERRATUM TO PUBLIC NOTICE LISTING PETITIONS FOR RECONSIDERATION AND
    CLARIFICATION OF ACTION IN RULEMAKING PROCEEDING

                                                                              
    Petition for reconsideration and clarification filed in CC Docket No. 85-166, Phase l, was
    erroneously listed on the Public Notice, Report No. 2240, released November 28, 1997,
    as filed pursuant to 47 CFR Section 1.429(e).  The petition was filed in accordance to 47 
    CFR Section 1.106.  Oppositions and replies were filed in accordance with 47 CFR Section
    1.106.  Therefore, no additional time is afforded parties to file oppositions and replies
    based on federal register publication of the aforementioned public notice.
