("NECA") filed modifications to the average schedule formulas that NECA proposes become effective July 1, 1998. NECA's filing is in accordance with Section 69.606 of the Commission's rules. Interested parties may file comments on the petition on or before February 9, 1998, and reply comments on or before February 24, 1998, with the Secretary, Federal Communications Commission, 1919 M Street, N.W., Room 222, Washington, D.C. 20554. Comments and reply comments should reference AAD 98-20.
