("Fremont"), filed a Petition for Reconsideration of an Accounting and Audits Division Order, released January 23, 1998. The Order denied Fremont request for waiver of Section 36.611 and 36.612 of the Commission rules. Fremont filed this petition for reconsideration pursuant to Section 1.106 of the Commission rules.
