The petitions apply to the following exchanges: Zavalla and Jasper; Rule and Stamford; Winters and Abilene; Vigo Park, Amarillo, and Canyon; Elkins, Amarillo, and Canyon; Aspermont, Anson, Hamlin, Rotan, Stamford; Redmon, Amarillo, and Canyon. Interested parties may file comments concerning this matter on or before March 17, 1998 and reply comments on or before March 24, 1998.
