COMMENT DEADLINE EXTENDED
FOR LOW-VOLUME LONG-DISTANCE PROCEEDING

On July 20, 1999, the Commission issued a Notice of Inquiry concerning the impact of certain flat fees on low-volume users of interstate long-distance service.¹ The Commission set a comment deadline of September 20, 1999, and a reply deadline of October 20, 1999. The comment deadline is hereby extended to September 22, 1999.
