                            ERRATUM

This Erratum corrects the Second Report and Order and Second Memorandum Opinion and Order in the
above captioned proceeding, FCC 00-233, which was released on July 3, 2000. This correction has been
made prior to the printing of the FCC Record and thus the Record will be published correctly.
The table of frequencies in paragraph 29 on page 12 is revised to read as follows:
Channel 1 --   2015.5 MHz
Channel 2 --   2030.25 MHz
Channel 3 --   2044.75 MHz
Channel 4 --   2059.25 MHz
