Waiver Request of Part 18 Radiated Emission Limits On December 10, 1997, the Office of Engineering and Technology (OET) issued a public notice declaring the EDAP Technomed, Inc. waiver request a "permit-but-disclose" proceeding for ex parte purposes and invited comments from interested parties. See Public Notice released December 10, 1997, DA 97-2556. On December 22, 1997, EDAP submitted additional test reports to OET in support of its waiver request.
