The Commission, by its Office of Engineering and Technology, Experimental Licensing Branch,
granted the following experimental applications during the period from 2/1/98 to 2/28/98:

          New experimental to operate in 8-20 MHz to fulfill National Science Foundation contract to
     measure global-scale magnetospheric convection by observing plasma motion in the
