The Office of Engineering and Technology will sponsor a tutorial on "Wireless Access to the Internet" on November 30, 1999, from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.. The tutorial will take place in the FCC Commission Meeting Room, 445 12th Street SW. Presenters will be from the Wireless Ethernet Communications Association and will include Aironet Wireless Communications, Inc., Intersil Inc., Wayport Inc., 3COM Corp. and Nokia Corporation. Every effort is made to ensure that a wide diversity of viewpoints (and product manufacturers) are represented at the OET tutorials. By sponsoring a tutorial, the FCC is not endorsing any particular viewpoint or product. This is the 79th in a series of tutorials that began in 1980.
