                    Notice of Ex Parte Presentations in
                           CC Docket No.  92-297

     Representatives of the International Bureau's Satellite and Radiocommunications Division
met with applicants for geostationary-orbit satellite systems in the 27.5-30.0/18.8-20.2 GHz band
("Ka-band") on November 13, 1996 to discuss and resolve issues over conflicting orbital location
requests in the Ka band.  

     Pursuant to the Note to Section 1.1204(b)(7) of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R.
  1.1204(b)(7), this Public Notice indicates that copies of the materials providing a basis for
discussion at this meeting will be made available for public inspection and will be included in
the record of the proceeding.
