On April 27, 2001 the Commission's Report and Order detariffing the international interexchange services of nondominant interexchange carriers (IXCs) became effective. (1) In accordance with the policy and rules adopted in the International Detariffing Order, all tariffs for the provision of international interexchange services by non-dominant providers, with limited exceptions as set forth in the order, must be cancelled by January 28, 2002.
