      SIXTY-THIRD FCC ANNUAL REPORT NOW AVAILABLE ON LINE

     The 63rd Annual Report of the Federal Communications Commission, covering the
period October 1, 1996, through September 30, 1997, (fiscal year 1997), is now available on-
line.

     It is available on the FCC's Internet homepage (www.fcc.gov).  The url is
http://www.fcc.gov/annual_report_97.html.

     Another news release will be issued when paper copies are available through the
